Business Administration Apprenticeship Level 3
Administrative Support:
Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries professionally.
Maintain and update client and staff records on internal systems.
Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and care plans.
Assist with invoicing and maintaining records.
Client and Staff Coordination:
Support the onboarding process for new care staff.
Liaise with clients and families to address queries and provide updates.
Assist in preparing documentation for service delivery.
Operational Tasks:
Monitor and order office supplies to ensure smooth operations.
Assist with compliance documentation and audits.
Provide general support to the team as needed.
Help with general appearance of the office and maintain a tidy workplace.
Learning and Development:
Attend training sessions and workshops as part of the apprenticeship program.
Develop an understanding of care standards, regulations, and best practices.
Shadow experienced team members to gain an understanding of business and administration skills.
Training Outcome:
Upon completion of qualification, a full-time role will be available (not just the duration of the Apprenticeship). Plenty of opportunity to progress within the company.

From companion care, quality home care and personal care to complex homecare services including palliative care our CQC registered agency provides elderly care across Lytham St Annes, Blackpool, Kirkham, Wrea Green, Poulton, Bispham and surrounding areas.
Working Hours :
Monday to Friday between 9am - 5pm.
