Administration Apprentice - Customer Support
Provide attentive and responsive customer service, advising and driving sales of our Cosy products
Coordinate inquiries from initial contact to order completion, ensuring customer satisfaction
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the Cosy product range
Utilise product knowledge and excellent communication skills to guide customers in their product selection
Work collaboratively with colleagues to maximise order potential and promote the Cosy brand professionally
Provide accurate and friendly information to customers, both verbally and in writing
Efficiently manage the Customer Service email inbox, directing inquiries to the appropriate person or department promptly
Handle customer telephone calls, addressing product queries and processing orders
Training:
An apprenticeship allows you to earn a wage, gain valuable work experience and industry specific competence
You will be expected to work towards the Business Administration Level 3, with support from your employer and the Chesterfield College Group
Training Outcome:
Potential for a full time permanent position upon successful completion of this apprenticeship
