Level 3 Apprentice
As an apprentice we will train you in all aspects of community pharmacy starting with a counter assistant role to dispensing then over time you will achieve the best possible outcome through a person’s medicines by:
Managing, ordering, receiving, maintaining and supplying medicines and other pharmaceutical products safely, legally and effectively, whilst meeting the regulatory standards You will provide person-centred health advice to all patients, whether on prescription or over the counter, and refer them to other healthcare professionals when appropriate You will also gain a nationally recognised qualification at Level 3, equivalent to A level, which will enable you to register with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) as a Pharmacy TechnicianTraining:
Pharmacy Technician (integrated) Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard Training will take place at the workplace - no need to travel to a college
Training Outcome:
Accuracy checking technician training available after gaining the qualification also can gain promotion to senior roles including Dispensary Manager, Education and Training Lead Technician

We are a well-known Chesterfield family business which has traded in the town for 119 years and has moved into a permanent new home which is inside Avenue house surgery. We are now part of the saviour group of pharmacies who have branches all over Derbyshire.
Working Hours :
Monday, 9.00am - 6.00pm, Tuesday, 9.00am - 1.30pm, Thursday, 9.00am - 6.00pm, Friday, 9.00am - 6.00pm. No weekends at all.
