Apprentice CNC Machining Technician

Preparing and operating CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, milling, etc. Safe and competent operation of manual machines and hand tools Reading and understanding of technical drawings Job planning, showing initiative and being part of a team Inspection of components using the latest equipment Undertakes standard responsibilities as and when required together with de-burring, tapping, shuffling, washing and cleaning finished parts, as necessary

Training Outcome:
On successful completion of the course, the Apprentice moves on to become a 'Junior CNC Machinist' with the opportunity to become a fully skilled machinist

Monday- Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm
