Scheduling Apprentice

Key Responsibilities:
• Arranging Field Engineer diaries
• Liaising with Service Desk to schedule visits
• Reporting on diary entries and visits
• Logging support desk interactions in our ticketing system.
• Escalating problems to other departments as needed.
• Utilising the Autotask ticketing system to support business needs.
• Supporting health and safety initiatives and compliance
