IT Support Engineer Apprentice
Key duties:
Basic IT support New starter onboarding (including setting up accounts, laptops, pc’s and installation of equipment on desks) Ensure equipment is available for new starters Office 365 support Troubleshooting First point of call for IT issues Organising support for staff Problem researching Documentation Invoice checking License checking Email blockingResponsibilities:
Onboarding Cresting a funnel system from issue to solution Being first to assess an issue and determine whose responsibility it would be Streamlining the IT Managers’ workloadTraining:
Level 3 Information Communication Technician Location – Target 1, Chartermark Way, Colburn Business Park, North Yorkshire DL9 4QJ Working 5 days per week inclusive of 1 day release for study at Darlington College
Training Outcome:
There may be an opportunity to secure a long term position after successful completion of the apprenticeship.

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 16.00 with one day at college.
