Apprentice ICT Support Assistant
Answering support calls and emails.
Logging issues on the helpdesk system.
Communicating with staff to resolve daily issues.
Addressing security vulnerabilities.
Configuring hardware. Printers/PC’s/Laptops/Phones.
Creating and supporting users within the Office 365 environment.
Supporting the company ERP trading platform.
Liaising with 3rd party support companies.

Monday: 8.30am – 5.00pm
Tuesday: 8.30am – 5.00pm
Wednesday: 8.30am – 5.00pm
Thursday: 8.30am – 5.00pm
Friday: 8.30am – 5.00pm
