Building Maintenance Mechanical and Electrical Apprentice
You will ensure engineering standards are maintained to maximise the operational effectiveness and reliability of the plant and associated systems
Planned preventative maintenance will be completed in accordance with the SFG20 specification as a minimum, with singular repair works to assets completed under supervision.
You can expect to work with or around mechanical & electrical assets, including but not limited to ventilation systems, low temperature, hot water, chilled water, electrical services, water supply, water hygiene & L8
Learn to maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, service reports and compliance documentation
Develop skills in diagnosing faults and identifying solutions across building services systems.
Perform routine and scheduled maintenance tasks to prevent breakdowns and ensure system efficiency.
Become proficient in using the tools, testing equipment and technology relevant to building service engineering.
Training:
The trainIng will take place at work with one day per week allowed for remote learning with the training provider, Skills4Stem. This remote learning will take place at work or from home, depending on the circumstances.
Training Outcome:

Working Hours :
Your normal hours of work will be 42.5 hours per week. These hours will be calculated on the basis of a weekly timesheet submissions. Shifts TBC.
