Apprentice Trainee Dispensary Assistant

You will work under the supervision of the pharmacist to ensure the safe, accurate and timely supply of prescribed medication to patients. You will also serve on the pharmacy counter to provide medicines-related and healthy lifestyle advice to patients. Assisting in the smooth operation of the pharmacy.

Training:
Pharmacy Services Assistant Level 2 Apprenticeship Standard Training will take place at the workplace - no need to travel to a college

Training Outcome:
Once qualified and with sufficient experience you may be eligible to be considered for career progression within the pharmacy to roles such as an accuracy checker or a pharmacy technician.

Working Hours :
Monday and Tuesday 9.00am - 1.00pm; 2.00pm - 6.00pm and Friday 8.30am - 12.30pm; 1.30pm - 5.30pm. One in four Saturdays 9.00am - 12.30pm; 1.00pm - 4.00pm.
