Job Title: Multi-skilled Operative

Location: Sussex Area
Salary: 30k – 32k

Overall purpose of role

To carry out maintenance works efficiently and to the required standard in compliance with all statutory, regulatory and company policies and procedures.

Works are to be carried out in a safe manner to achieve the required programme, whether this is reactive or planned works, in line with the Company’s values.
To actively engage in the culture, including with suppliers and customers ensuring that everyone works to a common vision that delivers on promises, chosen by customers and has safety at its core.
Flexibility to work both within a team or working alone on both operational and non-operational sites to agreed KPIs.
To provide a professional service, to include, but not limited to, fault finding, maintenance, repairs and building works.
