Apprentice - Foreign Exchange Support
Role Summary
This is an exciting apprenticeship opportunity to work within our foreign exchange support team based in our Head Office in Sunderland.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing telephone support to the retail branch network assisting them with the day to day operation of Foreign Exchange. Working as part of a team you will ensure company processes and procedures are followed correctly using a variety of reporting methods. You will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with suppliers and reporting and resolving any issues
Key Responsibilities
Providing exceptional customer service at all times Supporting branches with the day-to-day operation of the bureau Answering telephone, responding to emails and live chat Monitoring stock levels of foreign currency and ensuring that sensible quantities are maintained Willingness to participate in training appropriate to own development To undertake any other duties that may fall into the job criteriaTraining:

Many of our team leaders and managers started their careers as apprentices - so there’ll always be someone there to offer you help and guidance on-the-job.
You will work towards a Level 2 Customer Service ApprenticeshipTraining Outcome:
