What We’re Looking For
GCSE Grade C/4 or above in Maths & English (or equivalent)Please note: an IT related qualification higher than Level 2 (Level 3 or 4, degree, master's etc) will make you ineligible for the apprenticeship, as you will be overqualified
You don't need to know everything, but you need a strong foundation and a hunger to learn. We want to hear from you if you’ll bring:
A technical & analytical mindset with a keen interest in data and the financial markets Experience working with complex datasets and a strong attention to detail Familiarity with APIs, SFTP, and a good understanding of the Python coding language Exceptional internal motivation to learn and take ownership Bonus points for an understanding of financial instruments, particularly Prime Brokerage business experience, but this is not essentialTraining & Development
You will complete a Level 3 Digital Support Technician Apprenticeship, covering:
Operate digital information systems Digital architecture (physical storage vs cloud, the role of operating systems and servers) Maintaining end-user systems (software, hardware and operating systems) Information security principles System security Account management (optional) Managing & analysing data Digital marketingThis apprenticeship offers blended learning, combining online training with practical workplace experience, setting you up for a successful career.
