Assistant General Manager Apprenticeship
As an ARGM, you will hold a crucial position within the restaurant management team, responsible for ensuring the smooth and standardized operation of day-to-day activities. Your role will involve coaching, motivating and developing a high-performing team dedicated to delivering a reliable and consistent experience for our customers. Additionally, you will drive sales and profitability in your restaurant, contributing to its overall success.
Your role will involve:
Assisting with day-to-day operations, including food preparation, inventory management, and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for our customers Learning essential managerial skills, such as scheduling, team coordination, and effective communication, to lead a motivated and efficient team Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction through prompt problem-solving and a friendly demeanour Collaborating with colleagues and other managers to maintain high-quality standards and uphold our brand's reputation Embracing a continuous learning mindset, taking feedback constructively, and applying it to improve your skills and performanceTraining:
Hospitality Supervisor Apprenticeship - Food and Beverage Level 3 including Functional Skills in maths and English.
Training Outcome:
Progression routes will be discussed upon successful completion of the apprenticeship.
