Actioning assigned support tickets and responding to inbound customer queries Logging and analysing call content to identify common trends and underlying problems Performing diagnostics using external and internal back-end systems Liaising with internal departments to resolve technical issues Configuring hardware based on default settings and customer requirements

Information Communications Technician Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard

Training Outcome:
Possible full-time position with the business and progression onto a Level 4 programme
