Business Administration Apprentice (Culture and Events department)
The purpose of the role within the Town Council is to provide comprehensive administrative assistance to managers and team members right across our small organisation. The role will involve a broad range of administration tasks e.g.
Handling/directing of queries from the public, customers and suppliers Maintenance of electronic and paper records in a diverse range of service areas including HR, finance, events, cemeteries, allotments, venue bookings and more! Supporting and coordinating projects and activities Getting directly involved with designing and delivering community and cultural activities and eventsOur ideal candidate will be someone who can demonstrate that they:

An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation. At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying.
No College attendance is required for this Apprenticeship, you will train in the workplace and will recieve your training from a dedicated Trainer Coach on a regular basis.
Training Outcome:
Progression onto the next level of qualification and possible full time employment for the right person.

Monday to Friday, 08.45am - 5.00pm.
