Principal duties after training to include - Generic:

To assist in providing financial support to the Credit Union To provide advice and guidance to members on behalf of the Bradford District Credit Union To develop good working relationships with colleagues to support the delivery of Credit Union services and always show professionalism and respect To promote fairness and inclusion across all Credit Union service provision and employment through personal example and open commitment To take reasonable care of own health and safety and that of others who may be affected by the work of the post holder To carry out any other duties as may be required, which are reasonable in terms of the nature and level of the post

Promote continuous improvement by:

Maintaining knowledge of relevant guidance Ensure quality and consistency of financial information Promoting governance and risk management awareness and the maximising of resources to improve value for money Support the team with wider administration duties To carry out any other office duties that may be required by management

Training:

Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard:

The apprentice will be invited into a monthly workshop in Bradford College's Little Germany campus No weekly release day in to college 5 days per week in the workplace 6 hours 'off the job' every week for shadowing colleagues, specific training or writing of assignments Assessor/skills coach will visit the work place every 4-6 weeks

Training Outcome:
Potential permenant position within the company upon successful completion of the apprenticeship

Working Hours :
Monday - Thursday, 8.30am - 4.30pm and Friday, 8.30am - 4.00pm.
