Answering the telephone
Booking appointments
Requesting prescriptions
Dealing with patient queries efficiently and accurately
Administration duties
Other tasks as and when required
Training:
Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship Level 2
Weekly off the job training
Face to face or virtual learning sessions
Training Outcome:
There is a potential full-time position offered to the right candidate with the opportunity for career progression for the right person whilst understanding how the NHS system works as a whole.

A family GP Practice who has served the local community of Birchills for over 40 years.
Working Hours :
Monday - Friday between the hours of 07:45 – 18:30
