Customer Service Apprentice - Reception

Dealing with patients face to face at reception Answering the telephone Booking appointments Requesting prescriptions Dealing with patient queries efficiently and accurately Administration duties Other tasks as and when required

Training:
Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship Level 2 Weekly off the job training Face to face or virtual learning sessions

Training Outcome:

There is a potential full-time position offered to the right candidate with the opportunity for career progression for the right person whilst understanding how the NHS system works as a whole.

A family GP Practice who has served the local community of Birchills for over 40 years.

Working Hours :
Monday - Friday between the hours of 07:45 – 18:30
