Over the course of four years you will be guided every step of the way by our expert engineers and mentors. You’ll immerse yourself in learning about the engineering processes at our factories that cater to global demand. You’ll explore how complex manufacturing and process equipment work, and how we diagnose and resolve issues, all while keeping the whole operation running like clockwork. Working in a live environment you will be empowered to make decisions with confidence. Plus, you’ll get hands-on experience with some of the most sophisticated equipment currently used in food manufacturing.

Duties could involve but wouldn't be limited to:

Problem solving Developing manufacturing standards Coaching others Understanding the science behind our processes

Training:

Studying towards a Level 3 Food & Drink Technical Operator Apprenticeship.

Taking time out from the factory floor, you’ll get a taste of student life when you attend residential learning modules on block release in Liverpool. Here you’ll meet other apprentices from around the country—it’s a great chance to strike up professional relationships and build a network that could open doors in the future.
