They are now seeking an ambitious and talented Head Chef to lead their kitchen team, offering a unique opportunity to shape the menu and contribute to the restaurant's continued success. A pioneering Asian Fusion concept in the heart of Soho.A state-of-the-art venue combining exceptional food with interactive dining technology.A robust support system with an experienced leadership team.Competitive salary package with an annual OTE of £50k, including £40k basic and £9-10k tronc.Contracted 48-hour workweek with a strong focus on high-quality service.

The Head Chef they are looking for:

A creative and skilled Head Chef with a passion for Asian Fusion cuisine.Proven experience in high-volume kitchens, capable of handling up to 1,500 covers daily.A hands-on leader who can inspire and manage a brigade of 10 chefs effectively.Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage ordering, prep, and service seamlessly.A collaborative approach to menu development, bringing fresh ideas and creativity to the table.Dedication to maintaining the highest food quality and hygiene standards.
