The Role:

Lead and manage all aspects of food and beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, banquets, room service, and stewarding.Ensure exceptional guest experiences with top-tier food quality and service.Oversee team development, budget management, labor control, and operating expenses.Build strong relationships with suppliers and industry partners while contributing to strategic hotel decisions.

Proven experience in a senior Food & Beverage leadership role, preferably within a luxury hotel or resort.Strong financial acumen, with experience managing budgets, labor costs, and operating expenses.Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.Comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, banqueting, and room service.
