DIRECTOR OF WELLNESS - LUXURY RESORT, KSA

We have been retained by thus ultra luxury resort company to find them a visionary Director of Wellness to oversee the Spa & and all holistic programmes on site. This brand really prides themselves on delivering exceptional service and creating unforgettable experiences for our guests. The Director will be instrumental in developing and executing strategies to enhance services, drive revenue, and maintain the highest standards of guest care.

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & CERTIFICATIONS NEEDED FOR THIS ROLE:

Proven experience (5+ years) in a senior leadership role within the wellness & spa industryIn-depth knowledge of holistic & wellness practices & offerings, spa services and treatmentsPre-opening experience is very beneficialStrong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing teamExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong financial acumen, including budget management and revenue growth strategiesExceptional organizational and multitasking skills.A passion for delivering exceptional guest service and a commitment to high standards.Certification or formal education in spa management, wellness, or related fields is a plusUnderstanding of remote or island style living beneficial
