An exciting opportunity to join an established FM building services company based in Camberwell, London. CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for a Electrical or Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to be based in a commercial building on a continental shift pattern in Camberwell, London on a temp to perm basis. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team on site. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in building maintenance. In return the company is offering a competitive hourly rate of up to £25.00 per hour.

Key duties & Responsibilities

Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)Emergency lighting testsAHU / FCU's (Filter changes etc)Control PanelsChanging BallastBMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)Carry out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenanceMaintain and update Log booksPlumbing - Unblocking toiletsPumps, motors
Requirements
Electrically/Mechanically/Plumbing qualified - City & Guilds Level 2&3 ( 17/18th edition if electrical )Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificatesA proven track record in commercial building maintenanceMulti-skilledGood communication skillsClient FacingImmediately available or able to start at short notice
