We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Telesales Executive. You will be responsible for promoting and selling our Client products and services over the phone to potential clients.

Job Description:

Make outgoing and receive inbound calls to customers to advise them of products and services that may be of interest to them. Take customer information and update it in the database as required. Put through relevant sales and contracts for sales of goods or services. Explain products and service features to clients. Providing customers with detailed and accurate quotations and cost calculations. Acting as a point of contact between customers and companies. Managing existing customers accounts.

Candidate Criteria:

Leaving Certificate (preferred) 2 years Sales Telesales experience as well as cold calling Effective communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to flourish in a competitive industry. Ability to achieve desired results both individually and as a part of a team. Excellent presentation and negotiation skills. Experience in the Business Supplies industry an advantage.
