PA/Office Administrator

As PA/Senior Administrator you will be providing administration support to the Director and General Manager along with a variety of tasks managing the functions in the office.

This role provides pivotable support within a busy, fast paced company, who have grown into a great success story in five years and work with some well-known and exciting names in tech.

The company work within the music, well being sector and bring harmony and positivity into people’s lives! The role is full time and permanent based on site in Banbury town centre.

Hours are Monday to Friday 9.30 am to 5.00 pm offering a salary of up to £28,000 DOE.

Key Accountabilities for the PA/Senior Administrator:

Managing email inbox
PA duties
Work closely with the General Manager and Director providing administration support including diary management, booking meetings, taking minutes, preparing briefs and presentations
Coordinating all department documentation and reports for internal and external meetings
Maintaining and updating database
Project management, with timelines
Coordinating department work plans, follow up to completion
Facilities management for the office
Coordinating office activities and operations to ensure compliance and efficiency
Facilities management for the office
Managing incoming correspondence
Researching new business and projects
Assisting with staff inductions and onboarding


Key Skills Required for the PA/Senior Administrator:

PA experience at Director level
Solid administration experience within a similar role
Comprehensive IT skills, including MS Office, Word and outlook
Adaptable in a fast pace, changing environment
Excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
