£35,000 - £40,000 + Hybrid Working + Accomodation & Travel Costs + Benefits Digital Marketing Manager: As a result of impressive commercial growth a comms focussed Digital Marketing Manager with a passion for social media and customer engagement is required to take on a newly created role within an expanding Marketing team for one of Europe's leading automotive aftermarket parts brands.
Supplying replacement parts and products for all popular European, Japanese and Korean vehicles, our client is currently one of the fastest growing automotive groups in Europe.

The successful Digital Marketing Manager will consolidate all current digital marketing activity, whilst also playing a central role in the ongoing development within the digital space and enhancing the digital connection with customers.

Two immediate pillars of this role are social media, which is currently a major strategic push for our client, and customer email marketing where there is a real opportunity for enhancement and further development.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the day-to-day management and development of each of our client’s social media platforms with an emphasis on driving audience growth within relevant demographics and daily engagement with followers.
In collaboration with the creative and comms teams, be directly responsible for ensuring an ongoing stream of interesting and engaging social media content.
Lead on identifying and working with influencers, content creators and agencies to maximise commercial opportunities.
Build on current email marketing practices with an immediate focus on communication with, and improved delivery to, our client’s B2B customers (distributors).
Further develop opportunities for communication directly with a trade audience (garages/mechanics).
Work with the creative and comms teams to ensure effective presentation of our client’s brands across third party digital media platforms.
Lead in monitoring and enhancing SEO across brands, developing a strategy for the potential use of Google as a successful advertising tool.
Develop a roadmap for digital marketing ensuring integration and synergy across all digital elements and explore the potential for new digital marketing opportunities, with considerations such as apps, NFTs and the wider Metaverse.

Skills & Experience

Extensive B2B marketing experience.
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practice.
Experience of email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp.
Social media channel management and advertising experience.
SEO expertise & a strong understanding of Google Ads / Adwords.
Experienced with Google Analytics or similar analytics platforms.
Knowledge of website CMS platforms
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to quickly build credibility and relationships with colleagues and customers.
CIM accreditation is desirable.
An understanding of the automotive industry, specifically the automotive aftermarket, would be ideal.
