The Sous Chef They Are Looking For

A highly organized Sous Chef with strong experience managing teams, stock control, and rota planning.Calm, focused, and hardworking, with excellent communication skills.Passionate about fresh ingredients, whole carcass utilization, and Mediterranean flavours.Experience with open-fire cooking and sauces is highly desirable.Able to lead by example, fostering a positive team dynamic.
