SHE & Q Month end reporting and data analysisCorrective action follow up and chasingCOSHH register admin and support for operational areasAdmin and maintenance on site audit plansOrganisation of site resource and actions for external 2nd and third-party auditsAdmin support and chasing of stakeholders for Business Continuity Management SystemSHEQ Notice boards and comms updates publicationSHE and Q Lessons from loss creation / circulationOrganising training and maintaining Learning LinkMaintaining and update the SHEQ SharePoint siteDisplay screen Equipment organisation and recordingOrganising eye tests and glasses for VDURisk assessment admin and tracking
Supporting lead first aider in organising trainingSupporting the replenishment of first aid kitsSHEQ OGSM and Risks and Ops Admin and action trackingSHEQ Management Review data preparation and action follow upSupporting and facilitating Training Safety Committee
Statutory Inspection DB maintenance & adminOrganising / booking inspections and compliance reviewsFollow up of AON audit corrective actions, chasing/admin/reportingReception cover Updating screens around site with relevant SHEQ & Facilities dataEvacuation drills – admin support
Skills and Experience:
Previous experience in an administration role within a SHEQ or facilities administrator essentialGood attention to detailGood communication skillsAbility to work with both Manufacturing and Engineering TeamsExcellent excel skills and experience of creating and maintaining spreadsheetsGood external communications with suppliers and training providers.
