Shift Maintenance Engineer

Shift Engineer - Continental Shift - Commercial building - Battersea - Temp to perm - up to £21p/h

My client is looking for a Shift Maintenance Engineer to be based in a commercial building In Battersea. The successful candidates will be Mechanically / Electrically biased (C&G / NVQ 2 or 3). Working with the maintenance team on site, He or she will be required to carry out General building maintenance in a commercial environment. In return, the company are offering an hourly rate of £20-21p/h.

 Hours of work & Salary 

£20-21p/h ( paid via umbrella )Continental Shift - 07:00 am-19:00 pm / 19:00 pm -07:00 amOvertime AvailableSalary offered up to £38k 

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)Chillers - Re-setWater Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)Monitor mechanical plantPlumbing - Unblocking toiletsPumps, motorsWater TreatmentBMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds)
Requirements

Experience working in a large commercial building, willing to learnMaintenance experience not necessary as training can be provided.DBS required Mechanical or Electrical qualifications ( NVQ 2 or 3 / C&G )You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates (Essential)Prior experience working in commercial building maintenance advantageousGood communication skillsExcellent customer skills Must be able to get to site for 07:00am startAvailability for a teams call prior to starting
