Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement comprehensive ITOM solutions leveraging the ServiceNow platform.Client engagement and Consulation: Collaborate with clients to understand business challenges and provide tailored solutions using ITOM capabilities.Lead the architecture, configuration, and customisation of ITOM processes, including Discovery, Event Management, and Service Mapping to ensure smooth functionality and alignment with best practices.Mentor and guide technical teams in ITOM best practices and implementation strategies.Ensure seamless integration with existing IT infrastructure, delivering value-driven solutions that meet client objectives.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an ServiceNow ITOM Architect.Strong knowledge and confidence of ServiceNow ITOM modules (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Orchestration).Expertise in IT operations, including monitoring, automation, and service modelling.Strong client-facing and communication skills, with the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.ServiceNow certifications in ITOM are advantageous.
