Technical Coordinator Apprentice

Ensure site HACCP Plans for all products are implemented, maintained and verified. Promoting a culture of continuous improvement through the organisation of the internal audit process. Ensuring an adequate document control system in place Providing effective management of raw material packaging and service supplies to site. Ensure effective management of new products and process development on site from initial concept to final launch. Ensuring adequate and effective traceability and recall procedures are in place. Completion and review of product, ingredient, services and packaging specifications. Escalation of details of non-conformances to Senior Management. Investigation, risk assessments and root cause analysis of non-conformances along with implementation of corrective or preventative action as agreed. Ensuring effective calibration and control of critical instrumentation on site. Review of process control records and release of product. Provision of customer Certificates of Analysis / Conformity. Provision of documentation for export control. Assist in effective management and control on-site of water treatment systems, borehole water, cooling towers, chilled water treatment systems, CIP and manual cleaning systems.

Training Outcome:

Following qualification there will be various options within the company on a permanent basis.

Proudly operating in Britain since 1938, our site in Wales specialises in making cheese by processing fresh milk into mozzarella blocks. In support of our proud British heritage, we have a direct milk supply contract with more than 150 local farmers. Our facility in Gloucestershire is home to our head office and the production facility that processes blocks for shredding, dicing and blending cheese products. We have invested in a brand-new purpose-built factory which is set to be the most advanced of its kind in the UK. This facility significantly increases our capacity and improves the working environment for our workforce.

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday between 8.30am to 5pm.
