Typically, you'll be carrying out these types of duties every day:
Source candidates through various channels Conduct initial candidate screenings via phone / Teams / F2F Make outbound sales phone calls Maintain relationships with clients and customers Assist in matching candidates to positions Manage candidate database and records Coordinate interview schedules Support administrative tasks Maintain confidentiality and professionalismOperating as a Recruiter Apprentice at Woodrow Mercer you will most likely get experience of IT, Public Sector and Interim Management recruitment. Training:
Teaching and developing the skills, knowledge, and behaviours required to become a competent Recruiter will take place entirely in the workplace, with no need for day release. One-to-one tutoring sessions will be provided by a dedicated tutor, who will design a bespoke curriculum plan tailored to your strengths and areas for development.
