The ReUsers Customer Service apprenticeship
Greeting customers as they enter the shop
Accepting new donations
Assisting customers to find the products they are looking for
Dealing with customer queries
Loading and unloading customers’ vehicles
Serving customers on the till
Keeping the site clean and tidy
Any other duties requested by the Line Manager
Training:
You will be supported to achieve a level 2 NVQ qualification in Customer Service
If you do not have a level 1 pass in English and maths, you will have be supported to achieve this. If you don't have a level 2 pass in English and maths you will be supported to upskill to this level
This training will be delivered on a regular basis at the workplace by a Next Level Training assessor with time given to complete the coursework during work time
Training Outcome:
By the end of the apprenticeship, we will help you identify future career routes and with applications for jobs and/or other training courses.

Working Hours :
Weekly rota is in place across 7 days. Shifts are 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday, Saturdays 8am to 4.30pm and 9.30am to 4.30pm, on Sundays.
