Assisting tradesman Assembly of parts  Sheetmetal prep work  Core prep work Various clean up procedures for each job Using hand and power tools  Deburring  Quality Assurance  General production to support manufacture process  Duties as directed by Fabrication Supervisor  Works in accordance with standard operating procedures and established criteria; Understands and undertakes basic quality control/assurance procedures including the ability to recognise basic quality deviations/faults; Understands and utilises basic statistical process control procedures; Follows safe work practices and can report workplace hazard Basic hand and power tools experience  Able to communicate verbally with work colleagues and supervisor  Highly motivated  Team player   Strong work ethics through high standards of personal and professional behaviour  Follow PWR Core values 

Training:
Metal Fabricator Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard Northampton College - Booth Lane - One day a week
