Level 3 Early Years Educator Apprenticeship

Assist with all outdoor and indoor activities Support the children with their learning Supervise and support the children in play Ensure the children feel safe and are safe at all times Support the children’s care routines such as sleep and meal times Maintain the quality and standards our setting is known for Build a relationship with parent’s peers and our children Contribute to the children’s planning and observations Plan fun educational and interesting activities for all age groups.

Training:
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff. Training will take place within the childcare setting.

Training Outcome:
Qualified to Level 3, this will enable practitioners to move between settings. It will form a base for progression onto higher level courses and for development within the current setting - room leader/ deputy/ Sendco etc.

Working Hours :
Minimum of 30 hours per week, setting is open 5 days a week. Shifts to be confirmed.
