Apprentice Business Administration Assistant
Answering the telephone and making outgoing calls
Sending emails and responding to emails and letters
Managing a diary for appointments, meetings etc.
Data input, filing and photocopying
Marketing the business, researching and contacting potential new clients
Recruitment of dog handlers
Planning daily work and instructing dog handlers
Contacting/liaising with kennels, catteries and animal sanctuaries
Occasionally attending company addresses for meetings (note taking)
Assisting with audits/keeping policies and procedures up to date

Training Outcome:
