Engineering Coordinator – Service Team

Location: Clevedon Somerset

Our client is looking for an experienced Engineering Coordinator to join their team, playing a key role in supporting all Engineering and Service duties.

Key Responsibilities for the Engineering Coordinator job:

To receive and respond to incoming customer communications via phone and email. To define customer requirements by asking appropriate questions To ensure that the customer has confirmed that all of the necessary site requirements are in place to enable a prompt and satisfactory completion. To book service visits and confirm with customers, engineers and others as required. To arrange resources (engineers, stock, parts, tools, equipment, etc.) To enable the satisfactory completion of works.

Key Skills for the Engineering Coordinator job:

1+ years’ experience working in a Coordination and Administration role ideally within an Engineering or technical environment. Superb customer service skills and the ability to manage multiple enquires at once. NVQ Level 2 or equivalent
