Linux Infrastructure Engineer – Remote based.

You will spend your time, upgrading servers, applying security patches, building new systems, pro-actively monitoring / maintaining their Linux estate and migrating servers to their Cloud environment (Google Cloud). is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your skills and contribute to projects that will shape the future of their IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and administer Linux Debian servers, ensuring optimal performance and security. Oversee a mixture of on premise/physical and cloud environments, troubleshooting and resolving issues promptly. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute migration projects. Implement best practices for system reliability, scalability, and efficiency. Provide technical support and expertise to internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
Proven experience in Linux server administration. Strong interest in automation and scripting. (They currently use Terraform to automate deployments) Familiarity with migration projects and the challenges they present. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
Remote based
You will be part of a 1 in 4 on-call rota.
Paying up to 45k.
