What You Do
Support the Head Chef and Sous Chefs with daily kitchen operationsPrep mise en place across all servicesLead in service during quieter periodsRun smaller events on your ownHandle general kitchen prep, stock rotation, and quality controlPresent consistent, high-quality food for members and guestsTypically serve 50 covers per day. The busiest windows are Thursday to Sunday in daytime service.About you
