We are currently looking for a Deputy Manager to join a children's home based in Wigan
The Deputy Manager at this children's home specializing in autism and learning disabilities, is a crucial role and we are looking for someone with an understanding of the unique challenges and rewards that come with this position.
While possessing a Level 5 qualification can be advantageous, it is not a strict requirement, indicating that experience and a compassionate approach are highly valued.
The Deputy Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting the home's operations, implementing tailored care plans, and fostering an inclusive environment where children can thrive. Strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team are essential, as is a deep understanding of autism and learning disabilities.
