Our client is a family run business offering a range of products and services for mums to be and babies.
They are looking for an Office Administrator to join their office team and assist with various office tasks and functions to ensure office operations run smoothly at all times.
Salary £18,000 - £22,000.

Office Administrator Responsibilities include:
? Assisting customers with order enquiries over the phone and via email
? Responsible for aftersales and upselling products
? Dealing with customer complaints or issues
? Being a point of contact for suppliers
? Processing customer orders, chasing customer orders
? Processing returns and paperwork
? Assisting with picking packing and dispatching some orders.
? Making sure all orders and returns are entered on to the computer system
? Updating and maintain the company website
? Maintaining files and records with effective filing systems
? Assisting with various administrative tasks as required
? Keeping stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary
Experience & Skills Required:
? You will have minimum 1 years' experience in an office environment
? Good telephone Manner
? Excellent Customer Service Skills;
? Computer Literate - Microsoft Word & Excel
? Organised and a good multi tasker
? Ability to Work Well Without Supervision
