Location: Measham, Leicestershire
Salary: £18,900 - £20,300 per annum (Plus bonus/commission/pension & company events)
An exciting opportunity for a Lettings Administrator to join our client's experienced Lettings Team in their office in Measham.
Our client is looking for someone with the ability to deliver excellent customer service whilst servicing their portfolio of rental properties.
Providing you have a good understanding of estate agency and previous administrative experience, our client will provide full training and development in a fast paced, fun environment, providing you with an exciting career pathway.
An independent, family run Estate Agency offering local knowledge and expertise for successful property sales and residential lettings.
? Convert leads to lettings viewings and deliver feedback to landlords.
? Process applications and referencing and prepare move in packs.
? Identify opportunities to promote Add Ons.
? Book and follow up interim inspections.
? Renew Tenancy agreements and conduct annual rent reviews.
? Assist with the Process check out documents for agreement.
? Answer all incoming communications (internal and external).
Essential Skills & Requirements:
? Preferably two years relevant industry experience.
? Two years administrative experience.
? Ideally an ARLA Propertymark Level 2 or 3 qualification, but training will be provided if required.
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
? Demonstrate effective negotiation skills.
? High attention to detail.
? A positive can do approach.
