STOCK ADMINISTRATOR
A well-established manufacturing company is looking for a Stock Administrator. Reporting to the Financial Controller the role will have a strong emphasis on stock control along with general administrative duties.
Your typical duties will include:
Inputting data on the stock management database Reporting on shortages & production requirements Involved with ordering of raw materials and monitoring orders / chasing late deliveries Stocktakes Liaising between production, warehouse & office Dealing with suppliers Assisting with day-to-day administrative activities and general ad hoc duties as they ariseKey Skills:
Excellent IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office Good organisational and time management skills Well organised, self-motivated person with the ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team The ability to consistently meet deadlines & ensure timely delivery of raw materials to manufacturingQualifications and Experience:
Experienced in a similar role with 2 – 3 years administrative experience Strong IT skills including Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook
