Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow ITAM modules (SAM, HAM, Orchestration).Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.Provide expert guidance and best practices in the configuration and customization of ServiceNow ITAM solutions.Oversee the end-to-end implementation process, from requirement gathering through to deployment and post-go-live support.Mentor and lead teams to drive technical excellence and deliver complex ITAM solutions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ITAM processes with other ServiceNow modules.Continuously evaluate and improve the ITAM architecture to ensure scalability, performance, and security.Maintain knowledge of industry trends and best practices in ITAM and ServiceNow platform developments.

 

Key Requirements:

At least 3 years of proven experience as a ServiceNow ITAM Architect or in a similar architectural role, with hands-on experience in implementing ITAM solutions.In-depth knowledge of ITAM modules, including Software Asset Management (SAM), Hardware Asset Management (HAM), and Orchestration.Strong understanding of ITAM processes and best practices.ServiceNow ITAM certifications are highly desirable.Experience with ServiceNow platform configurations, scripting, and integrations.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage stakeholder relationships.Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.Experience with ServiceNow Discovery and CMDB integration.Previous experience in large-scale enterprise environments.
