Salary: £40,000 per year plus benefits
Driving Requirement: A valid full UK driving license is essential

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Lead to join our team in the Southwest of England. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the implementation of Positive Behaviour Support strategies and make a real difference in the lives of individuals with complex needs.
As a PBS Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and developing PBS plans in collaboration with the multi-disciplinary team. Your role will involve providing leadership, training, and mentorship to staff, ensuring the highest standards of care and promoting proactive, person-centred approaches. You will also monitor the effectiveness of PBS plans and make adjustments to ensure positive outcomes while minimizing the use of restrictive interventions.
Essential Criteria
PBS Degree (or equivalent qualification) PBS Diploma (or actively working towards it) Proven experience in PBS practices and leading teams In-depth knowledge of behavior analysis and person-centred approaches
Key Responsibilities
Lead the implementation of Positive Behaviour Support strategies for individuals with complex needs Develop and oversee PBS plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team Provide training, supervision, and mentorship to staff, promoting best practices in PBS Monitor and adjust PBS plans to ensure positive outcomes and person-centred care Promote proactive, person-centred care approaches and minimize the use of restrictive interventions
