Responsibilities:

Lead and inspire the kitchen team, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment.Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring seamless service and exceptional food quality.Develop and innovate menus and recipes while maintaining the restaurant’s signature style.Manage food costs, inventory, and procurement processes efficiently.Uphold the highest health, safety, and hygiene standards in the kitchen.

Requirements:

Demonstrable experience as a Head Chef or Sushi Chef in a high-end or fine dining establishment.Extensive knowledge of Pan-Asian cuisine, with expertise in sushi preparation and techniques.Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.Capacity to perform under pressure in a fast-paced setting.A passion for culinary creativity and innovation.
