Support Worker Needed in Essex

We are currently recruiting a Support Worker to join our team and make a meaningful impact in supporting individuals with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, autism, epilepsy, and additional needs.

About the Role:
You will play a vital role in enabling individuals to enjoy an excellent quality of life by focusing on their independence and community connections. This includes providing effective support to help them:

Maintain their tenancies. Develop independent living skills. Participate in their local community. Achieve personal goals and desired outcomes.

In addition to delivering direct personal care, you’ll have the chance to act as a Support Worker, supporting individuals in realizing their dreams and aspirations. This role involves personal care, and the use of specialist equipment such as hoists, wheelchairs, and stairlifts.

About You:

Be empathetic, compassionate, and committed to empowering individuals. Have experience or a strong interest in working with individuals with diverse needs. Possess a full manual driving license to drive service users’ vehicles when needed in Essex.

Hours:

Full-time: 37.5 hours per week, worked flexibly on a rota basis, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Pay Rate:

£12.00 Per Hour PAYE - £15.22 Per Hour Umbrella.
