Apprentice Instructor
Shadow and support instructors in their daily duties
Shadow and support other centre employees in their daily duties
Assist in ensuring the safety and general wellbeing of all clients and employees at the centre
Work with groups of children and adults in the outdoor environment
Day-to-day centre tasks such as maintaining equipment and keeping the centre tidy
Attend online and face- to- face training as required by the apprenticeship provider
Record and evidence work in own time to ensure portfolio is complete
Participate in a range of adventurous activities outside of work time in order to build a personal experience logbook
Attend NGB training courses where deemed appropriate
Any other duties appropriate to the post
Training:
During your employment you must complete a level 3 qualification which is run by one of our nominated learning providers. This will be paid for by the company and we will release you from your duties to attend such training as is reasonably required to complete and attain this qualification.
Training schedule has yet to be agreed. Details will be made available at a later date.
