Telesales Advisor Apprentice
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Sales Calls:
Conduct a high volume of outbound calls to prospective clients. Introduce Insightecs Int Ltd’s products and services, highlighting their benefits and value.Sales and Conversion:
Identify client needs and provide tailored recommendations to meet their business goals. Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team objectives.Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients. Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive client experience.Database and CRM Management:
Accurately record client interactions, sales, and follow-ups in the CRM system. Maintain an organised and up-to-date client database.Feedback and Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine scripts and strategies. Provide feedback on client needs and market trends to improve offerings.Training:
Sales Executive (Level 4) Apprenticeship Standard Qualification:
Functional Skills in maths and English provided (if required). Achievement of the standard meets the eligibility requirements for Sales Certification at Level 4 with the Institute of Sales Professionals (ISP).The Apprenticeship College Ltd’s training options:
