Web Solutions Sales Apprentice

Lead Generation and Prospecting:

Identify and reach out to businesses in need of web development, optimisation, or related services Use a mix of outbound calls, emails, and networking to build a robust sales pipeline

Consultative Sales:

Engage with prospective clients to understand their specific needs and challenges Present tailored web solutions that align with client goals and demonstrate the value of our services

Sales Conversion and Closing:

Prepare proposals and negotiate terms to close sales deals effectively Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets

Collaboration and Coordination:

Work closely with the web development team to ensure project feasibility and accurate communication of client requirements Provide feedback to refine service offerings and improve customer satisfaction

CRM Management and Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system Prepare and present regular sales performance reports

Training:

Sales Executive (Level 4) Apprenticeship Standard Qualification:

Functional Skills in maths and English provided (if required) Achievement of the standard meets the eligibility requirements for Sales Certification at Level 4 with the Institute of Sales Professionals (ISP)

Training Outcome:
