Key Responsibilities
Research and Prospecting: Identify target audiences and conduct research to build a database of potential clients Use tools like LinkedIn, CRM software, and other platforms to generate qualified leadsOutbound Communication:
Reach out to potential clients via email, phone, and social media to introduce Insightecs Int Ltd’s services Qualify leads by understanding their business needs, challenges, and goalsLead Nurturing:
Develop relationships with prospects through regular follow-ups and personalised communication Provide relevant information and insights to move leads further down the sales funnelCollaboration with Sales Team:
Hand off high-quality, qualified leads to the sales team for further engagement. Work closely with sales representatives to refine targeting strategiesData Management and Reporting:
Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate lead information and activity logs Analyze lead generation performance metrics and provide weekly reportsTraining:
Sales Executive (Level 4) Apprenticeship Standard Qualification:
Functional Skills in maths and English provided (if required) Achievement of the standard meets the eligibility requirements for Sales Certification at Level 4 with the Institute of Sales Professionals (ISP)The Apprenticeship College Ltd’s training options:
